    Those people that choose to pay only Union dues "germane to collective-bargaining":
      • do  NOT have a voice in the Union.
      • do  NOT have a vote in the Union.
      • are NOT allowed to attend Union Meetings.
      • are NOT Union Members.
      • are driving down the American standard of living.

I, _______________________, am opposed to paying my own way by supporting the Union with my dues money.

I, hereby, decline any/all benefits that Unions have won throughout the years, including but not limited to: fair wages, health benefits, 8-hour work day, weekends, overtime pay, vacation pay, holidays, pension plan, safety laws, workmen's compensation laws, Social Security, unemployment benefits, and representation on the job.

I refuse to accept any benefits that will be won by Union negotiators as part of any future collective-bargaining agreements.

I hereby authorize and direct the company to withhold the amount of the union-won benefits from my paycheck each week and donate it to charity.
